Loyalty Levels Qualification Update (CP + Deposits)

All players have one of six Loyalty Levels (0–5). A level is awarded only when both criteria are met:

The levels change when a certain number of comp points is reached:

Level 0 (0-499 cp)

Level 1 (500-1999 cp)

Level 2. (2000-4999 cp)

Level 3. (5000-9999 cp) and ≥ 1,000 EUR in Qualifying Deposits

Level 4. (10000-49999 cp and ≥ 2,500 EUR in Qualifying Deposits

Level 5. (50000+ cp) and ≥ 10,000 EUR in Qualifying Deposits

Qualifying Deposits: real-money deposits only; bonus funds, reversed/returned payments and chargebacks are excluded.

Loyalty Program Conditions
